The fastest way is Settings, then Contact Support in the app: it adds your anonymous user ID, so we can find your account. Or email [email protected].

A rewrite failed or never finished. What now?
Check your connection and try again. Your text stays in the editor. If it keeps failing, email us with the time it happened and your app version from Settings.
I hit the daily limit. When does it reset?
The free plan allows 5 rewrites in any rolling 24 hours, so each one becomes available again 24 hours after you used it.
I paid but the app still shows Free.
Tap Restore purchases in the app while signed in to the same Apple ID. If that does not fix it, email [email protected].
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles payments and refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
What is free, and what is Pro?
Free gives you 5 rewrites per rolling 24 hours, up to 2,500 characters each, with the 4 built-in personas plus 1 persona of your own (up to 2 styles on it). Pro gives you up to 999 rewrites a day, up to 10,000 characters, all personas and styles (up to 20 personas, with up to 4 styles on each one you make), and a stronger model.
How much does Pro cost?
Pro comes as weekly, monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscriptions. The current price for your country is shown in the app before you subscribe.
How do I cancel or restore a subscription?
Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple. Cancel any time in the iPhone Settings app under your name, then Subscriptions, at least 24 hours before the period renews. To restore a purchase on a new device, use Restore purchases in the app.
What does rwrt do?
You paste text, pick a persona (Professional, Casual, Academic, Creative, or one you create), and rwrt writes a main rewrite plus alternative styles such as Executive Brief, Client Ready and Text Message. The results stream in live. You can rate each one, add a note, copy it and find it again in your history.
Do I need an account?
No. The app signs you in anonymously with a device identifier. There is no email or password to create.
Where does my text go?
Your text goes to our server and from there to the OpenAI API, which writes the rewrite. OpenAI states that API data is not used to train its models. We keep your text and rewrites so your history works, until you delete them. Details are on the privacy page.
How do I delete my data?
Open Settings in the app and tap Delete all data. That removes your rewrite history and your custom personas from your account. You can also delete single items from History.
Can I make my own persona?
Yes. Create a custom persona, give it a name and write your own style instructions, for example "short sentences, friendly, no jargon". It then appears next to the built-in personas.
Does rwrt learn from my ratings?
Not yet. Thumbs up or down and your note are saved with that rewrite, but today they do not change future rewrites. To steer the style, edit a custom persona's instructions.
Does rwrt get past AI detectors?
We make no claims about AI detectors and do not test against them. rwrt rewrites for tone and clarity. If your school or workplace does not allow AI assistance, do not use rwrt for that work.
